i was recently banned, and i deserved it, and i decided not to come back but i got so bored i decided to come back and fly straight so now we find ourself at my screenname FormerlyKnownAsRIFLE then i got banned again, but this time i feel i didn't deserve the reason was apparenty "threatening users" or something to that degree it was a joke, the guy asked we what i could do about it over the internet after he called me a "dolt" and i told the one thing someone could do to him over the internet but the point is, "i could get someone to hack you, actually they would tell me to do it myself" is not a threat, it's a joke....a bad one at that
if i wanted to threaten someone i would tell them i already hacked them and now i know where they live and i'm coming to **bleep** them up
it's not my fault if one user took it way farther than it needed to go if my joke pushed past the limit, im sorry because i didn't realise it and i feel that it realy didn't push past the limit if you mods feel that it was truly past the limit, then i'll try to be more carefull what i say next time but it all truth, i was quite fond of my new screen name and am sad to lose it so soon so i humbly ask for it back or at least convert it to a temp ban which i probaly more deserved than a permaban please and thank you (thats what my dentist says when she tells me to open my mouth wider)

There was. And in truth, that's a pretty good subject for discussion. Perhaps I did act too rashly. I didn't like the impetus behind the OP though. . . I didn't want to leave it there. And while you can prune out crappy responses to a decent OP, the thread title and the flamebaity nature of the thread doesn't go away. Though maybe that doesn't matter so much if the thread goes in a decent direction.
Maybe next time I'll consider not deleting a thread that's going in a decent direction a little harder, even if the OP is something that merits deletion.

Ok, I know you're probably busy as an admin and all, but I'd still like to know why I deserve all of my ranked accounts banned. You say "hacker activities" but I have no idea what you're talking about. Since everything on my ban screen is a lie, I'm going to keep at this untill I feel the bans are justified. As far as I'm concerned, I was banned because SwimMod_Luuv has some personal grudge against me, and you're only keeping the bans intact to help a moderator save face. Prove me wrong, please.

It's not really a question for mods.
I think a lot of people think that mods actually have a lot of influence in terms of what the rules are. This is false. The mods only enforce the guidelines admins give us.
As for the filter, there are a lot of words filtered. Some are stupider than suck. I'm thinking of jig, slope, Jesus, and honeypot. Not my fault. Blame Turner Legal.
