Ok, so square guy says this phrase, I'm not sure if I got the spelling right but it sounds like "Meglo-le-mafma Fernimenum." He says it when hes taking control over the normal looking people, they are wearing helmets and then the helmets turn purple. This occurs early in the series. Does anyone know what this could mean?

i always thought it was just rbm magic.
