Alright, here is my first entry.
12oz Mouse has gotten me obsessed with 2:22. I hate the number 2:22, but I love seeing the clock turn to 2:23. After seeing the show so many times, I still don't understand exactly what time is supposed to mean in Fitz's universe, but 222-223 has taken on a certain role in my life.
So, this was an idea I've had for a while. I'm not a terribly artistic person, but I wanted to make something that I wouldn't be embarrased to put on the wall. I hadn't used a paint brush since grade school, and I'd never soldered electronics or routed wood before. But, here's what I made:
This is an image of me getting the LEDs to finally fire after a lot of swearing and burning my fingers. There are 4 UV LEDs that light up the surface of the clock. The two other yellow LEDs I just put on there and tucked away behind the clock to get to the correct resistance for 9v (haha).

Then I put a little spin on the design.. I painted digital looking "2:22"s all over the white surface of the clock in red phosphorescent paint. I also painted the hands with yellow phosphorescent paint.

And at night when you hit the orange switch I wired up on the bottom (after frying the LED inside... 
)... you get this!
