act 3 is a lot harder, im stuck on the second guy, for the life of me i cant figure out how to close his hidden wound, i thought it was the same as trent, but its not. any advice ceej?

yea the one you *SPOILER* have to use the ectha scetch on. after you remove the eggs from his stomach,

FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW HOW TO DO BUM:

highlight...
HOW TO DO BUM:

first apply gel to the red dot
next apply gel to the top left, bottom center, and center left where there seems to be some damage
then s.uck the brown liquid with the vacuum
next use the vacuum on the 3 brown dots
cauterize the 3 brown dots
apply one staple to each corner of yellow wire where it appears to not be connected
use the car battery on each corner a couple times and you're done

Oh, just like with Horrace in Act 1 you gotta cut the area to expose the "hidden" nest first. THEN you use the car battery to get rid of the nest.

I went to the Jay Is Games thread about this one and read a post with brief walkthroughs for each surgery.   Guess what common thread binds every single surgery in Act 3?  If you said "horrifying, disgusting little creepy things that move around and that you have to dig up and kill", keeeeerect!  

I'll wait for the youtubes to see what these bad boys are like.

Oh, and in the mean time, I'm dying to know what the deal is with Horrace, Aureola, Bleed, and anyone else important to the plot.  If anyone has beaten Act 3 (cannot believe how fast some of you work), please PM with these details if you feel so inclined.  And don't worry about spoilers, I just really want to know the plot, it doesn't spoil the gameplay for me.

I'm having a bit of a problem with Junk in A3, I take cut the wires and take out the pins, I'm not sure what to do from there, guess I'll go back and try different things. Any suggestions anyone?
