Am I halucinating?  I had stopped playing for a while cause act 3 peter was so effing slow!  But I come back toda and find only 2 eggs in Petey's stomach!  THANK YOU CEEJ!!!  I guess the speed issue couldn't be solved so you took out an egg!

Two is better than 3 any day of the week!  Now if only the queen spider would die quicker....

omg someone please I'm on the boss (third patient) I get all the way to the crown and i know your suppose to burn it .But do u leave the lighter in one spot move it around WHAT i tried both and i have like over 3 minutes when i get there and it wont burst how long does it take i figured 3 minutes was plenty what am I doing wrong please help me its driving me **h4x3d** THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Oh sweet, I was unaware anything had been done to fix Peter. I had been going around getting A's on everything else but now that I know Peter is doable I will give him another shot. Seeing him with a 'C' has been driving me **h4x3d**!

omg i can't get past peter to save his life  i know what to do i just can't get it done the last hole always leaves like 4 puddles of poison and i try to vacuum it up but it starts 2 form again  or even if its only two puddles i run out of time idk  what 2 do to get a better performance from the vacuum what can someone please give me some tips pleeeeeeeeassssssse IM almost bald from fustration

It is all about speed and timing with peter. Make sure you use hotkeys for everything to the point where you hit 1 to cut the poison and are already hovering to click 6 to  switch to vacuum instantly. As for having 4 poisons at once, i remember doing it to where i never had more then 2 at a time based on how i timed my combos. I am going to go back to attempt an 'A' on him tonight since I have been working on henchman and boss and will offer more insight.

Okay, my problem with Peter: I'll get into the stomach, and maybe it's the quality or my computer or something...but it goes REALLY slow. Even the time ticks slower. Everywhere else is fine, with every patient...but I even had this issue with Peter 1. It's IMPOSSIBLE to beat it this way. Does everyone else have this issue, or is it something I can help?

i need help beating trent in act 3... I pretty horrible at video games, and i don't know if its the fact that i **h4x3d**, or something else, but how do you kill those scorpion-looking bugs, that come out after you remove the knife? please help me through this so i can feed my new addiction of playing this game!

I have the same problem. Once in the stomach it slows down. The vacuum doesn't **h4x3d** as fast. It is killing me to get this far and can't beat Peter. I get to the end and always run out of time.

I'm stuck on act 3...the 2nd dude....everything slows down in the stomach and the stupid thing is killing me every time i try to beat it. has anyone beat it? do you have any hints to make sure i don't kill the guy. if it didn't slow down i would probably not have a problem but GRRR! i'm getting SUPER frustrated.

I assume you are referring to the leeches? If so then use the lighter to burn them until they die, then use tongs to remove them, tongs again to remove leftover teeth, and then staple and cauterize the wound left behind. If something else then please elaborate...

Peter actually used to be more difficult, his stomach used to have 3 eggs rather then 2 when i finally beat it. To get past the lag without him dying due to bpm, I just repeatedly corkscrew healed him in the very beginning of the surgery multiple times to give myself an hp buffer. This way by the time youre inside and it slows down, you at least have some extra bpm to work with. If you want to go for an A it is a bit more difficult but if you simply want to pass him then thats my recommendation.

after you pull out the pins there are 3 things on the bottom right. Use your lighter one at a time to burn them until they pop.

thank you SO much. I had actually just done that cuz i didn't think anyone was going to respond to me. that idea works really well....now i'm on horrace & he's just as frustrating. I just started playing this game but it's totally addicting....ohwell thanks again.

ok i cant get past bleed in act 3...i get to the tapeworm bith a little over 1:30 left but there is no time to wait to shock him 5 times to kill him & then burn & heal all the cuts it makes. and aftr that still close him up....anyone have any tips?  HELP!!!

ok never mind i got it...and for anyone else who cant figure it out....

Dr. Bleed Act 3:

shock the tapeworm multiple times when he comes out. you should be able to get him the second time he comes out....it takes 5 shocks & be careful not to shock bleed. If you do hurry & give him an injection with the corkscrew & the cream. hope that helps!
