Anyway, Delirium seems to be giving me some trouble;  not so much on the surgery, sorta, but when you remove the third pipe and put it on the tray, it disappears, and you can't go any further after that.

That is strange. First of all, did you fail the surgery once before and is this a retry or is this the first time you've tried Delirium? Also, what type of OS/browser you on?

Soo....how in the WORLD do you beat Trent? I've got the hole open, but have NO clue what to do. How do I make the scorpions stop crawling out?

you use the chainsaw to not only stop the  scorpions but to close the hole as well

I tried Delirium a second time for a better score and got this glitch. I think it only goes off if you go too fast, which is kinda the point of the game, but whatever.

Edit: Tried it again and the glitch went off a second time.

Okay, figured out how to fix Delirium.

All I did was reset the browser, and it worked on the first try, I doubt it'll work on any other tries, so you better get it right the first time, or you'll have to close Internet Explorer or Firefox or whatever you run to try it correctly the second time.

Also: How do you unlock Bum?

I'm sure the answer is right in front of my nose, but how do you seal up the leech wounds on the henchman & boss level? I burn them, then extract them, and they leave behind gaping wounds.  I've tried stapling, bruning, gelling, even cutting again, and nothing works.  Tips??

You need to tear out the leech and then it's teeth, use the tongs twice.

I can't get past Peter!! Errggghhhh!  It seems like I have to do this at crunch speed but I can never make it. What did YOU guys do since you made it so far?

For Peter (highlight to reveal):

First, take care of the two eggs outside of his stomach. These are no different from the eggs he had in Act 2. I recommend you heal with the corkscrew-gel a few times before going back inside the stomach. Then you'll go inside his stomach. Ignore the two eggs that are there at first, as they won't do anything harmful until you cut them open. Scan with the itchy sketchy and you'll see a nest blob. Cut it open, and it will appear along with two poison pockets. Shock the nest three times to get the queen to come out. Shock her once and she disappears again. Heal up everything, and repeat the steps with the itchy sketchy and then the shocking two more times. On the third time, you'll kill the queen, and she will leave behind two more poison pockets of her own, in addition to the two that pop up with the next. Seal this up, then get to work on two eggs. Then, that's it!

The truth is, time is a major issue on Act 3.  The worst for this, in my experience, are Peter and Bleed.

Okay, I just cleared the last operation and I unlocked Delirum. Now to figure out how to unlock Bum from trent...

EDIT: Delirum is awesome, and oh man is the post-op chat hilarious xD

Are we sure that Trent is the key to unlocking Bum?  I get a bad feeling it's something along the lines of scoring A's on every patient...

I just had a thought. Given that Bum is a robot, maybe Junk is the key?  Perhaps getting A's on both of Junk's levels?

On Horrace, I know what I'm facing, don't have the time for it right now. Could someone just PM with the ending here for closure? Or youtube this sucker?
