for the life of me i cannot understand how to kill those stupid little bugs(scorpion thingies) in trents body in act 3. i just keep killing him when i shock or try to burn them...help would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!

I really need help on Trent in Act 3. Now I at the part were you cut the big hole and the scorpions run out. Now do they keep coming or is there a limit and I just have to wait it out? Or what. Help!!!!

It'll run out of scorpions, but they pose a tricky problem. Because there are so many of them, the make a lot of cuts fast which can lead to excessive blood loss so you want to get rid of them fast; however, on the flip side, because there are so many of them and they release poison when killed, you can create a situation where the poison spreads out of control very easily if you kill them too fast. The solution is staging your kills. Kill 2 or 3, then soak up the poison, then do more until they are all gone while trying to stop some bleeding at the same time. Save the big yellow scorpion for last. It's a tricky balancing act where luck is a significant factor, so  best of luck.

im stuck on peter (file 3) i understand how to kill the bugs and the nest but i keep running out of time or bleeding out how do i heal all the cuts b4 this happens

1. Use the hot keys (1-9 buttons) if you aren't already, they will improve your time much more than you would imagine.

2. The vacuum only works when you have the cursor over the moving red bar. (you probably knew this one already)

3. When you cut open poison sacks, try burning a few of the cuts closed before vacuuming up the poison. You only need about 6 seconds to soak up the poison blobs and the poison reinfects 30 seconds after they are cut open so you have time to work with. This tactic is particularly useful on this surgery because of how much poison is in Peter.

4. When you reach the inner most part of Peter, attack the spider nests before the eggs. I don't know why this works out better, but it does somehow, and in any case if the nests are the hardest part of the surgery so if you fail on them first there was no lost effort on the eggs.

5. The third nest is the tricky one because the spider will release an extra poison spot when killed. To succeed on this part, you must remove the poison that appears from opening the nest up (the first cut with the pizza cutter) before electricuting with the battery. There is just too much poison to deal with other wise, but if you spend too much time on that another poison spot will appear. So, cut open the first poison spots and soak up the poison fast (maybe burn some cuts closed), but don't bother to heal them fully; then kill the nest and the spider, cut open the poison spots, burn some wounds closed and then remove all the poison with the vacuum (remember above all that the priority is stopping the poison from spreading).

6. Try doing all of the health boosting you need for the entire surgery at the very beginning before you make the first cut. In general, if you need to boost health while the patient is open and bleeding, you are fighting a loosing battle, but at the same time, you don't really know how much health you'll need for the surgery so you run the risk of waisting valuable time. You'll just have to take a best guess.

Ok I see u posted this a month ago but just in case u havent beat him yet, try corkscrewing him to 99 and go as fast as u can. remember when u open him up the secound time u remove the blood in the cut with the tongs, and when u get to the worm hit him 4 times with the battery. hint u cann hit he 3times in a row when he appears

horrace is hard as hell i been playin him 4 like a week got to the heart and keep dieing the mystery cuts is from a roach or whatever it is u need 2 shock him then when the roach comes out hit the chainsaw then shock the spider right away but i cant get past the poison its to much

The only thing I can tell you that has worked for me is to keep trying till it does show up. It is indeed bugged though.
