I need to get the million points to unlock BUM on Amateur Surgeon. Should I just play every character over again

trying for an A? Or is there a couple special characters who when operated on perfectly, will give me hella points?

I'm ashamed to say I need about 500,000.  Thank you Ceej.

You can get at least 100,000 plus points on Henchman and Boss if you keep the combo's up. Same thing with Trent in act 1, Bleed in act 3, and there are others but I forgot them. >.< There is also a way to get a whole lot of points on Horrace, act 1. You raise his heart rate to 150+ than let the bugs have their way with him until his heart rate is around 50. Then kill them and heal all the wounds. If you did it right you should have a large amount of points. (i've never been able to pull it off though.)

How do I eliminate the bugs? It does me no good to heal all the cuts first because the crabs just create more of them. How do I kill the bugs? If I use the battery or lighter on them, it tells me that it was inaccurate, even though I'm using a tablet and hit them dead on. Help?

You need to use the Chainsaw on them and their nest. Three swipes to kill the black ones, not sure how many to kill the gold one. Also make sure to get rid of the poison they leave behind once killed.

Im wanting to make a new high score on Death Vegas, but you can't really increase the difficulty in the story mode, and I think there's a way.
After all, did they get the highest from just making perfect rounds?

How do you get past the toilet stage on My Lil' Bastard? I keep spraying the little bastard, and he just keeps breakin' my stuff and ruining the furniture!

you should be spraying him after each time he poops/pees and doesn't use the toilet. it may take a bit but eventually he should start going to the toilet. i have heard that he can be placed on the toilet, but i have yet to do it and have also heard it's a little tricky.... keep spraying and maybe try dropping him on it. good luck!

Ok, first off, remove all food.

Then use the etchy sketchy, you will see numbers, this is the order in which you cut the wires (on the line with the pizza cutter)

After cutting all the wires, (hint the first one is orange and the last is red) You need to pull out the pins (located under where the wires are)

Once you do that, burn the three strips to the right of where the pins were. Then patch him up and you're done. ^_^ I hope this helped.

Well start by feeding it three booze bottles to get him drunk, then feed him and wait about two minutes and then (and this is the important part) accomplish one of the other goals like chatting for ten minutes or telling it you love it.

SO! I am playing My Lil' Bastard. I've conquered it pretty well, but now I hit a snag. The Funfetti thing crapped off screen! I can't grab it to throw it away so its constanty draining its happiness. Is there a way to cancel that out or something? Saving and quitting doesn't move it onto the screen and there is no way for me to click on it because none of it is visible. Am I, pardon the pun, Funfettie out of luck?

I'm not exactly sure if there is a way to fix it. So its impossible, huh? The only things I can suggest, is to constantly walk it, feed it, anything to keep its happiness up. Or kill the little bastard for making off screen. That's all I got unfortunately.

My first game died from unhappiness in the booze level so...

This has happened before in Beta testing. Apparently it wasn't that big of a deal to be removed. I'm sorry I couldn't be of any more help. Report back incase someone else has an answer.

Did you take out the teeth? You have to remove the teeth as well.
