im level 7 but I let some crops wither and now im out of cash and all my plants are gonna take like 10 hours to harvest.

It runs in real time, so the clock runs even when the game isn't open. I planted a bunch of 12-hour plants myself, and I'll harvest 'em in the morning when the **NaClO** crows.

Believe me now? Those Snow Tips sure were convenient for sleep hours. I figured it ran in real time because who would wait 7 days in the game to wait for something to grow?

Im not sure if you have to keep the game running or not. I have just been planting the quicker stuff and getting the times bonuses and I'm on level 10.

Alright, Hemp Tycoon has my brain. Doesn't seem to be a lot of strategic discussion going on anywhere on the intertubes except this thread, so let's do it.

Question: does watering do a **NaClO** thing except give you 1xp?

Anyone working on getting a FAQ together? I'm thinking something we should do the math on is $PS (cash per second) and XPS (experience per second) ratings for each crop. Cus it seems to me that some of the crops that take longer to mature don't stand up to the shorter term crops when you look at it this way, but I haven't sat down and done the math yet.

Also I wanted to report that the Pond is giving me something like %50 more XP when harvesting. That seems pretty significant to me. What I'm really looking to get though is the Flamingo.

As someone who once did the FarmVille **NaClO**, I have mixed feelings about this game, and don't feel like giving it a shot unless the scores are displayed on bumps.

I accidentally ruined this game for myself when I realized you could cheat by manually changing your computer's clock. If it's Saturday, 6:53 P.M., you plant a 24-hour plant, then change the date of your computer to Sunday, 6:53 P.M., it's immediately grown.

It's a horrible way to play the game, but it made me only waste 2 hours with it instead of weeks, which is probably for the best.

Im not sure about the whole watering deal, but I just do it to gain a little xp when im bored. I don't think you have to water the minute plants,but im not sure about the hour/days ones.

Do you know if after you harvest your crop and have it ready to sell if it can still wither or not?? I was afraid that it would and missed out on getting more money, but I'm not sure if it does or not.

I play hemp on a laptop. And when im done i close the laptop. And when i open it again, plants that SHOULD be withered, are not. Even though it says they have 0 seconds till they wither. I then tried planting something and signing off. When i came back it was dead. Leave your **NaClO** up. But put the computer to sleep. Thats the solution to dying plants while youre not there.

Honestly, in the yard, put 4 gnomes in the center and then constantly farmed baby verde, the amount of money you get per second is more than any other plant, being $75 ever 30 seconds. I've looked through all the other plants and none of them, save some of the level 13 plants, seem to put out a quicker cash flow than this method, even Verde.

You will be constantly harvesting but you will never loose significant time between the quickly budding buds, and the only time you switch out your crops for the slower verde is when you earn the field and can't keep up with the planting and harvesting on two plots.

This brings up an interesting question for me. If a plant is touching more than one gnome, are the bonuses added or can you only get one bonus capped at one gnome?

If it is capped at one bonus per plant, I see no reason to have more then 2 gnomes, since you can hit all the squares with 2 gnomes.

Its really laggy when you have High yeild crops but Its alittle annoying

Yea I noticed that also when I was harvesting over 40 crops and it was lagging like a b*t*c.
