No matter what I do your amateur surgeon hospital for face book continues to reset me at hospital level 9 on the cure 20 zombies quest. I have beaten that quest three times or more now unlocking level ten but when I try to get the things level 10 unlocks I get a pop up saying that that item is not available yet forces me to reset (putting me back at level 9 with the unfinished  zombie quest) and "Pretend it never happened" I have sent two messages by the report problems route and have received no replies(not that I expect any given the message of "get back to you never" screen that pops up after they are sent. I want help. I (to my deep chagrin) have even paid money for bleed diamonds trying to overcome this some how. Noting else resets. Not the money, hospital set up, staff, surgeon level, or anything but I cannot make progress with this dammed glitch. Please someone help me. Administration or fellow player who knows how to fix it I don't care. I am a big fan of the Amateur surgeon games and hate to have my fave genre being sullied by this hatred I bare for this glitch. OK but changing my first name to my username is still unhelpful. (come on now how many girls in the world are named ***** ?) and you have time to fix that but not my actual problem they are paying you way too much for this job buddy. Moderator ≠ Administrator.

A moderator cannot fix the glitch you speak of. If there is someone that knows a workaround, I'd surely hope that they would post it here or in the ASH thread. It will take some time to work the kinks out.

Thank you for clearing that up. I retract the previous BLM statement but retain the opinion that changing personal alias in three minutes rather than helping those with problems in more than four days is silly but obviously easier to do in a timely manner. I now have recorded using jing the glitch in progress incase a moderator or whatever needs the evidence of said glitch.

Hallelujah Adult Swim has taken down the game! Hopefully for repairs. If I have to start all over I am going to be ****** but this is more of a reply than I have been getting.

After the game went back up, my entire Hospital was gone.  I was hospital level 10 with one more quest left to do at all in my list (so I'd hit 11 when it was finished).  My surgeon level was either 14 or 15 from doing lots of surgeries while waiting.

I had spent real money on diamonds to advance in the game.  All those Diamonds are gone.  I see that other people aren't wiped and still have their Hospitals.  I've never cheated, nor tried to cheat, and have sent various bug reports in to try to explain to them bugs that are happening in the game.

I don't know if I want to play up again, I don't think I do, it was a heck of a lot of surgeries getting my surgery level up and took a long time to hit that level.  I had a lot of extras from building up stuff with the crafting machines getting ready for when I hit 11.

I'm sending in another "help" report about it, but I'm super annoyed about not only building up to there but that the real money I spent on diamonds is completely wiped out.  If something isn't done I'll obviously file a grievance with FaceBook to try to get my money back but I'm completely annoyed right now.  I guess I'll be nice and come back and update my post/reply here if I'm actually helped out in some way.

Thanks for posting,  it has been lonely being one of two voices out there about this. I am soo sory to hear about your hospital. If it makes you feel any better My hospital may not be gone but they still have not fixed my glitch either and I too am out about 10 bucks on diamonds.

I'll add something here.
No huge bugs for me, but the app won't work at all, just a blank screen.
One bug is that the Janitor position is REALLY buggy.
Sometimes he just stands there, doing nothing, until I see he "quit."
He gets glitched walking and endlessly jogs in the same position.
And the fact that I once had 2 janitors with only 1 work-space. Hope this gets fixed, too.

It seems like AS other game, Hemp Tycoon, on Facebook doesn't work either.

They really need to fix that, too.

It  isn't like that dude. I am just getting tired of them takeing it down "to fix it" and It not getting fixed. Which has happened again. Why do they bother putting it back up if they havent fixed the darn thing\?

I'm not mad at all for them taking it down, but it would be nice for them to fix a couple of major bugs.

I've been telling them about various bugs for a while that never get fixed.  One silly thing is the HUGE discrepency in money made if you leave the game running or if you shut it down and come back to collect later.  It seems the game doesn't pay you for the advanced cases after you level up - it counts each patient as if you are a level 1 Hospital treating the first guy for $10, so the only way to get your real money seems to be to leave it running all the time.

Bored of waiting for my 20,000 Patient check ins I needed to finish for my final quest at Hospital level 10, I kept doing surgeries.  Honestly I forget where I was at now, it was at least 14 but could have been up to 17, I was doing the most efficient (if done perfectly) one to level up the fastest and did tons of them.

While $8 might not seem like much money, I'm not going to let them keep it  They don't seem to respond to the help contact.  I think I'm actually going to file to have my money refunded right now (FaceBook has a system to file if you didn't get what you paid for etc) since they don't seem to get back to me...  

I honestly have no desire to level up again without knowing how or why my entire hospital was completely reset and others were not.  I really enjoy the game but there seems to be so much to fix still and the Devs need to learn a little bit about communication as well...

I really don't know, I'm probably just ticked right now and will play again sometime soon but I still am filing for a refund of my money...

My Amateur Surgeon won't let me send gifts OR add neighbors! i need the broken appliances for THREE rooms i have to build...that is all my quests right now. I'm pretty sure broken appliances are at the gifts right? So i can't advance in the game at all. So stupid I'm just going to stop playing soon. Whenever i click on Free GIfts at the top the game goes white except for a little spot at the bottom that stays colored. HELP!

SOO I'm at level 24 and have no quests and at  1340105/1382400  so i cant level up its been this way 3 days. I filed a report on it with no responce of course.
