Couple things:

In the Achievements:

- Lost and Found: Inflict maximum damage from lost luggage (it says "form" instead of "from")

- There look to be a couple other places where some letters are cut off a bit, the worst being Tourist and Red Eye

The main issue that I think should be addressed is that once you play the game, you cannot get back to the main menu without reloading the game. The "play again" button sent you to the the main menu in 5MTKY:Reloaded, I think, and that should also be the case here. Instead, the button immediately starts a new game.

I think that the next 5MTKY should be in a school setting and be titled: 5MTKY: Finals Week. Just throwin' that out there.

You lose the ticket to Flight 777 if you get sent to the interrogation room? Is that correct?

I agree with the point about not returning to the main menu. That should be an option.

This is just as clever as any other 5MKY game. But I don't get WHY you'd rather die than catch your flight. Isn't catching your flight the whole POINT of this game?

Also, I wish I could see the list of trophies again, to know which I've won and which I've yet to win.

To be honest, I'm kinda getting bored with never ending versions of 5 Minutes.

Also, too many different forms of pain in this game all inflict the same damage.
Most every object is straight up 5%.

Did anyone else think that getting on Flight 666 should have given you more brutal forms of suicide?
There really wasn't anything more interesting about Flight 666 as compared to Flight 777.

In light of Hurricane Lee washing up tarballs (after Repubs screamed no foul!) and our glorious Teaparty leaders denying the harmful effects of CO2 ("I love that smell of the emissions!"), I think it's time for a new Adult Swim Game:  Five Minutes to Kill Yourself, Environmental Edition.  The dangers?  The Republican Party's wake of destruction of course!  The players?  Bachmann, Perry, Boehner, you know, everyone in the Koch brothers' kitchen cabinet.   *In my best Mr. Burns voice* Excellent.

This game would be great if the achievements were not so buggy.

I've played the game more then 20 times and I've still not unlocked Frequent Flyer. I've also unlocked Efficiency Expert twice and Tourist (Touist is your spelling) many times and some times the achievements show up and some times they don't. 
I really like all the 5MTK games a lot so if this could get fixed that would be killer.
