I would be so happy if my quests would update.  I am still stuck on Place the Milkish Way - at level 19.  Anyone have a clue what I can do?  Have reported it more than once.

I'd suggest sending Hipster Cat a detailed PM telling him your problem.  I don't believe he's a programmer, but he's in charge of gathering intel on different problems relating to Hemp Tycoon, and possibly other [as] games.  He gathers information, and delivers it to the dude's in charge of actually fixing the stuff going wrong.

asking since I wouldn't wanna waste THOSE to find out, however might buy some to get my seed info  completed  and in order to see the cool  tiny animation.. or 'icon' or better yet    look  of that kinda sorta seed.. the way it looks - erm yeah that might be some definition on-/-to for  it

if you ask me - the boomboxes can help it.. maybe they make you be a lame ass cheating guy for their function.. then again you pay handful of credits and for that get  extended or larger amounts of crops way before level 58 ( I think that's when you get the boodah statues [ hey - it's not from this side or that side of the world so who told you how  it's being written.. maybe we didn't even notice the way of pronounciation on it] ... erm  yeah I mean that makes the boomboxes become 'less worthy.. or valuable`' -  regarding functionality or the fact you paid like 8$ for it? I think they come 4€ if  13 FBCs are 'worth' 1 €

anyway - so if you stack up too many of those you'll have to scroll more thru your inventory in order to replace them with your 'growth speed enhancers' after they were employed ... which was useful if you ask me  - NEway .. who can put up some spoil thread about FBC  seeds and their growth conditions

many seeds really have  kinda 'logical' factors to it   like shrooms need to be wet and hot stuff needs heat - while other things just have to remain cold or not be exposed to pure sunlight of course .. but before I spend real life money on trial and error, tell me about your XP on that   *g*  after all we all do spend time on this which  makes other RL options be neglected for that moment too - still it's a nice background game while doing other stuff at your computer and the soundtrack is just fine       

hmm thought about adding some SELECTAH  comments on this now too but nah - you guys put on the myoozak and we (us and hempy too) will stay enjoying it (for now.. or even much longer)  I do guess

erm anyway - so much babble for saying so few .. hey y'all   .. tell me about the seeds - erm *edit* like people now add.. I'll probably find some spot that has this written down - after all it took me like 2 minutes to get a list on the seeds that weren't added just recently

oh yeah that was a nice effect too.. never ever thought about giving such an 'institution'  as facebook is just one cent.. however, after deciding to give it a try.. logging into hemp tycoon made NEW STUFF appear.. so   - yeah rite I do hope people won't get broke on something as reasonable as seeds that don't even give crops you can use     on the real..  after all they are VIRTUAL!!!!!    but ..  not that I'd claim THAT now but it did give me a hint that if you 'support' they will  put up new content and maybe after that grin for getting money .. but first might do a little bit of work just before they go and use that money .. whether to develop on.. or to  get some  crops of their own.. on their own ...

so since I only wrote it twice yet:  go gimme dataz and info on seeds so that they are worth it even more (cos I get more crops in good conditions) so that my statues (pff as if I had any yet) will get me extra crops.. and the fact that the plant grew up happily and under great conditions

duh - okay.. I opened up the  link for the group.. then started doing some big blah blah dumping here

- and after that and the look around for the info I was out here for I coulda spared my boost  I just used - anyway .. opening the group  of course helped me with a new, updated seed info list - so this might as well help me decide .. or make it easier for me to get those  'expensive' seeds planted - and  even in the right environment that is..

to get my research on with out the eventual trial and error to it

then again nowadays it's fashion to 'look up' info instead of 'experiencing' it for themselves.. which makes the gained info less remarkable at times.. or the meaning to that is just not significant in that way cos there way no situation to it which makes one remember or  feel  they were situated  gaining that info.. this again makes you just  not really remember the stuff and you look it up each time - after all it didn't just mean as much to you (oh I got from 'pseudo objective' to subjective on the personal pron. now)  so that info is just not the same to you as if might have been if you really  gathered it up with all its background and relation thru situation  to it making you remember it .. if one even needs such - might as well just take info for info and that's it.. whether you felt it or wuz related to that or it  no big bunch of bla bla and still you relate and know what you percepted and took it as info you still know and will know

anyone still awake?    anyway thanks all you spoilers.. I might be delicate (or put some regret-kinda-smirk on after I 'wasted') about wasting FBCs

on seeds and not even gettng the full ??'s are gone to it (hey - but the icons are cool anyway) (spending ingame money however and time (which does collapse with the time that runs around you too and not just on your machine you play on) though are another way of wasting.. other than  wasting that money-kind of money) 

hmm although in some cases it's kinda obvious to some sorts of seeds what they might prefer or like even  - so why spoil it .. after all it might make you get comfortable about looking up    and there's nothing more to it (than just looking up.. why bother and 'get' the info in fact) <= oh wow this pretty much maybe tried to say what that whole big chunk of rows there was expressing which sounded like monologues  anyway, since it might have the effect or not being easily digested following and reading it..so the attention span now is not even being mentioned here after all you have to bend and twist thru that maze of constructing sentences  -in this way- |    yeah verbal communication stands out for me - maybe .. I'll try evening schools and get off those  Ds I wrote before.. not matter what language my essays were in  - and I shouln't blame it on being a right-brainer.. that's a lame-eso-excuse someone told me.. I'll get that straight.. if I have to  .. if I even can   - maybe .. do I? yeah I should.. I'll try..  The Group is more than just a cheatsheet. It is a community for hempers to meet neighbours and share ideas. A lot of people have problems getting neighbours when their FB friends and family may be a little judgemental about the evil green weed.

I'd suggest going to the Facebook Hemp Tycoon Group, apply for membership, and you'll find a ton of people looking for neighbors.  If you scan the posts, there are always people looking for neighbors!

I appreciate this game...it's like Farmville for "alternative" lifestyles. lol.

I have to say tho that there are some MAJOR flaws to this game.

First of all - paying for NEEDED items to advance in the game w/ RL money? Not a good idea. It's kind of a lame way of being exclusive.

Energy bar? A TOTAL frustration - not an addad "strategy." Almost makes me not want to play. Without feeding some money-hungry monster all of the money I DON'T have - it's like I can plan water and harvest 10 plants and then I have to sit back for 3 hours while my energy bar recoups.

Not a person that wants strangers on their FB page simply to provide seeds/fertilizer? Don't want to inundate your friends with spam-like requests for a game they don't want to play? Forcing the need for friends to acquire NEEDED items to advance is another poor decision. I, like many others, want to keep my Facebook friends list restricted to people I actually know (family, real life friends, co-workers etc) and I can guarantee you that NONE of them have any interest whatsoever in this game...and I am in a sense being penalized for it. How does that make the game fun?

To me - this game is fun, it's cute and it's silly...but it's just Farmville with a different crop being grown. It's like AS took EVERY LAME aspect of Farmville and just applied it to Hemp Tycoon. Some people don't want their Facebook pages to end up like Myspace from years past - crammed up with a bunch of people you don't know spamming you with a bunch of crap...nor do they want to constantly bother people who probably already gave them grief a few years ago when they were assaulted with requests/gifts from Farmville.

There are other ways this game could've been made "challenging" w/o making it #### near impossible to advance after a certain point WITHOUT using the normal "HEY GUY! MAKE YOUR FRIENDS PLAY THIS GAME OR ELSE MAKE THEM DELTE YOU FROM FB FOR SPAMMING THEM WITH GAME REQUESTS!!!" or "GIVE FACEBOOK ALL OF YOUR EXTRA POCKET MONEY...IT'S ONLY GUNNA COST YOU $40.00USD TO BUY 5 SEEDS OR +1 ENERGY TO YOUR BAR! THAT'S NOT TOO BAD, IS IT?!"

Be creative, not greedy. sheesh.

Straight off let me say, I'm not a developer or associated with [as] at all apart from being a fan of the game and anything I say is my own personal opinion.

Paying for items. I have played to the end (LVL 60) twice and haven't paid yet. The Premium items aren't neccessary for a fun game and because of the 60 level limit is (IMHO) a good way to ruin your game by finishing even quicker. The only restriction is one quest (Wishing Pond) which is one of the last and, apart from an icon remaining on the screen, is irrelevant. The Energy Bar is a PITA, but there is a few ways of gaining energy, so again there is no real need to pay for energy. I do see it as a bit of a strategy and try to plan my crops around it.

I don't have any answers about the friend system, my FB profile is exclusively HT. I'm also no expert on FB settings. COuld having an exclusive FB profile for the game be an option? That said you aren't the only one who has raised this issue. A lot of the Hempers don't share their bonuses because of it. Real Life friends, employers and others do not always have a progressive and open mind when it comes to the wonder weed, even as a game and [as] should really have thought about this more. If you do need like minded neighbours, the group is there for you.

Just seems silly to have to create an entirely new FB profile just to play a game. I realize they probably think this is some STELLAR way to get the word out about their game or whatever - but it's just my opinion that it's a cheesy ploy.

It's not so much that my family/friends/co-workers would be "offended" or put off by the game...All I know is that NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM have ANY desire to play Farmville type games like this. Most of them went thru that phase back in like 2008-2009 when people were dropping hours and hours and many dollars on that game. They all expressed how much they disliked getting requests from the game - and several people blocked me from their feed updates on FB because it was constantly posting stuff about retarded items I'd get or because I'd leveled up. Even I felt the annoyance after having finally QUIT Farmville and was still getting like LITERALLY over 50 "gifts" and requests daily from the ppl I used to play with. I eventually had to block the app and then just remove it from my profile.

I decided to try out Hemp Tycoon - hoping that it wouldn't be the same bullcrap (I HATE CENSORSHIP!!!!!!) but alas it was exactly the same...I've been a long time fan of AS games and whatnot - and I feel like I had to voice my opinion about their decision to add the "pay to play" feature. It's a cheap attempt to sucker people out of money and it's kinda d!ckless. There's gotta be a better way to make games "challenging" and fun to play w/o cheapening it by saying "Hey if you wanna get a heads up just drop some coin and it's yours!!"

As far as the energy thing goes tho - I personally just see it as a hinderance and annoyance. It's as annoying as plants that take freakin 8+ hours to grow. (yes I know plants take time to grow -  but honestly...)

Was just hoping they'd have come up with something NEW and DIFFERENT for this version of a Farmville game - but it's really no different aside from the "I grow weed and not vegetables" deal.

so im having trouble using the boosts, I click on my inventory then the mixtape, then when i drag it over a building it disappears, I cant beat the Speed up the machine quest and its really pissing me off can someone help me

Not sure if I've read this right so I'll start from the start.

Click on Inventory, then boosts.

Click on "Use" on the boost you want to use.

Click on the building you want to reduce the time on.

That's it, no dragging required.
