I am an old AS watcher. I sadly fell off and want to catch back up on my favorite shows.

I just noticed the gold video section and being a directv subscriber should be able to watch the gold videos. However when I click on the Directv logo I get no redirect for confirmation. I have tried two different browsers and updated to the newest flash and still get nothing. I have paid for it. I want to watch it. Need help in getting it.

I have a similar problem with AS Gold (and CN's equivalent player), wasn't sure where to post it, so here goes:

I have a participating provider and the current Flash Player, but none of the videos work, all I get is a black screen on 0:00. Is this happening to anyone else?

Can you view the videos that aren't gold?

Did you get any dialogs asking you to confirm an account with your provider?

No. I was able to successfully log in through my provider (Optimum)

I have the same problem. Once I select my sat provider, no redirect, no confirmation notice. Where the video sceen would be leaves just the AS background. Non Golds vids work fine.

I thought it could have been an a d b l o c k e r or something. That's why I asked. I don't have a gold provider >_< so I can't help, even though I'd like to.

It may be an active scripting issue.  Do you have scripting turned on?  Look in the Help file for your particular browser to find out how to tell.

we recently dropped directv cuz the price kept going up and up and up , and they wouldn't even give us a free dvr box even though we'd been faithful consumers for more than six years....

i don't see our new local cable provider anywhere on that little bitty list on the gold page....

does this mean we'd be locked out anyways?....

I am having a similar problem getting it- whenever I click on my provider(DirecTV) it either tells me my connection was interrupted or it tells me "Please wait while we send you to your provider to log in..." and then it just gets stuck there. UGH

It worked for me a few days ago; but it took an unbelievably long time to make the connection.

alright . i can see this is long dead but this is the first thread i saw, and i clicked it so here we are. i recently moved an got one of them comcast internets an was like fuuuuuudge YES! i can finally watch those adultswim gold episodes i was drooling over when i had my backwoods antietam cable bull**noel**.

foolish.

here is the problem i am having as best i can describe it.

phase 1. denial. this time its gonna work man, this time unlike all the others will lead to hours of free squidbillies and possibly  a bj somehow. i'll just go to the adultswim gold page and everything will be cool

phase 2. anger.  you cant get  oral sex from a computer? its **noel** 2012!!!!! this is bull**noel**!!!! also i click the log in button and the select your service providor window comes up. i click my ISPizzle. i am then whisked away to the xfinity (comcast) log in page where i copy and paste my log in info from the word document i saved it too from all my previous attempts at doing this. it is an awesome success, like everything i do, and i am gently returned to adultswim golds main page.

phase 3. bargaining. come on man. I'll **noel** your **noel**? upon farther insepction i realize that the log in button is still glaring at me. i brush it off thinking im way past all that bull**noel** and adultswim knows it. adultswim would never betray me (FALSE!) so i click on an episode trying to watch it anyway, adultswim won't mind. we go way back, man. the page loads and everything looks like its going to be peachy creamy, but then there it is again, the **noel** select your cable or satellite provider popup, i stay calm. i think of the empathy song from adventure time. i arm myself with my word document and brace for password re-entry. i click comcast (like a boss). a white screen appears for a moment. i can feel a lot of gears spinning somewhere in the void, and then the same video page as before, and sure enough before a spark of false hope can arise the select your **noel** cable provider comes up again. i repeat this many times.

the other 2 phases are just different kinds of masturbation. please help me.

Are you running an ad blocker plug-in or a script blocker?  If so, turn them off.

yeah i meant to mention that i have **noel** for firefox but it is disabled and still nothing. should i try uninstalling it?  also it does not work in internet explorer which has no add ons or anything that i'm aware of

I don't think you need an uninstall, just be sure it is disabled for the entire site.  You can re-enable afterwards, if you succeed in getting the video stream.  It's been a while since I tried to use the Gold page.  That will have to be my project this weekend.
