The only reason I did it was it was in IB. Seems like I could've gotten off with a warning. Last I recall I only did it twice. Had I spammed it repetitively, I'd understand the ban.

I thought the thread was extremely harsh and that's why I made it a perm. I've been thinking about this myself over the last couple days. Teasing and joking are acceptable and common but there comes a point where the joke crosses the line to harassment. You crossed that line and so far I haven't had any indication from you that you understand that.

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately after my perma ban, and what I did to earn that ban. I deserved it because it was wrong to insult someone like that, and I give you my most sincere apology. for being that harsh, I shouldn't have tried out doing everyone without considering how harsh it was. I'd appeciate it if you have the permaban taken off to a more lesser ban. I'll try to think it through next time, and not do something as bad as that.

im not complaining or even asking for a removal im just here to straighten it out, apparently i was banned for saying whizzy would go to hell for being gay even though it was meant as a satirical jest not as a form of flaming and im sure he knows that

Typically, given the nature of the joke, I wouldn't give this excuse much regard, however, in this case I am more than willing to give you the benefit of the doubt given that you didn't have a single prior note on an owl account.

I was actually very surprised by something so severe coming from you, considering that fact, so I am willing to concede that you posted this as something which you considered to be a harmless comment which you expected to be read by the recipient as a harmless comment.

However, I must caution you for the future that comments of this nature, that is comments of a bigoted nature, especially those made off topic that seem to come from out of the blue and insult another poster, will be perceived as just that; a bigoted insult, and your account will be handled accordingly.

I hope that this incident is a perfect illustration of that fact.

 That's not a ban I will be lifting for reasons I think I have already explained a few times actually.
