I was reading the content and context of the post made in the initial thread. According to all of the posts in that thread on the topic, the posts are beyond the scope of acceptable posting, even in jest. Saying that you want to violently sexually assault minors is simply not allowed here. From the perspective of user safety, it can't be. And I suspect that a great many ppl who are banned in these circumstances are less than serious when they make such comments, but again, from the perspective of user safety... it really doesn't matter.
You made the initial comment, then qualified it by saying "if they were 16" then qualified it further by saying you only wanted to sexually mislead the girls by having unpretected sex without their consent or knowledge. Then you spent the remainder of the thread justifying these remarks to an understandable shocked community by citing legal reason why this type of reprehensible behavior was ok based on the age of the victim. Maybe you were joking through all of that, but again, it really doesn't matter.
Those comments alone are enough for the ban.
You flamed a poster who responded to you unfavorably about this by insulting her physical appearance.
As for the personal information, it is a violation of the ToS regardless of your age to post your personal information. I know this is a rule that is odd and unique to this message board, however, it is not a new rule and one that you frankly should be aware of by now. Were this the only problem with posting, I would have simply warned you about his aspect of posting. However, in anticipation of your return to the boards, I thought it better to communicate all reasons for the ban so that you could be more successful on a future account.
