There are certain things you CAN be certain of.  That account hasn't been used since it was R.I.P.'ed and was never posted on prior to that.  Even if it was used to lurk, there is a limit to how many minutes and page views it could have racked up before it was retired in the purge, which was in what year?  2005?  Minutes and page views weren't that important to ranking then.  So, it stands to reason that the account probably has not been used much, if at all. 

I would be nice to see the stats to set lower limits on the requirements; but it looks like it would have ranked into creepy or voyeur if time and page views were high. 

To test it, all you would have to do is create an account and let it sit there for a few years without doing anything.

Based on this account, it only takes 2 years to find out.

Logins used to be a ranking requirement, so that may be why so many logins (they were removed from the requirements when people would log in and out repeatedly to "cheat" the system). Many believe that it wasn't a human behind the account, though.

I tend to agree.  Maybe there was a human; but it was using some kind of automatic script to keep the account from timing out and to run up the log in count.

I just did a little math.  The account was active for 355 days, and it had 305 straight days worth of minutes online.  That would be some case of insomnia, especially with 30,000 logins interrupting the minute count (about 1,000 logins per day).
