How does one go about getting them by adding to the wikipedia?How do you confirm it was a certain user?I can haz links?I'm sorrie, I'm very daft in this reguard.

First, you need to go to a folder that has an open call for wiki submissions. Look through the show folders for one.
Then you contact whoever is listed in the OP as collecting submissions and discuss what is required.
Third, depending on the requirements, you write up and submit the wiki entries in the appropriate thread.
