There needs to be a best of Toshi video on Youtube!  I looked and was flaberghasted that this hasn't already been done.  There is comedy gold written all over it!

His character is a waste of space. They never use him properly. I think the only time where they used him the most is on the werewolf episode.

what werewolf episode wait is it the one were they think Steve is a werewolf? and how did they use him in that one. but i guess ur right the only thing he does is say Chinese saying and telling them how much he hates them. they should have an episode were Toshi learns English that would be cool!
