Aside from the fact that Barry Robinson is also the name for a Norfolk, VA center for substance abuse and behavioural problems, does anyone else notice that his shirt and pants (or shorts, rather) are the same colours as Peter Griffin's (white shirt, green pants/short pants)?

I would say that his hair is almost the same as Peter's, but that would be like saying that every fat, white kid on the show with brown hair is a reference to Peter. Even so, brown hair and a white shirt and green pants is pretty darned close. All he needs is a pair of glasses and a chin that looks like balls.
