I just saw the "Dressing" Ep with Turkitron.

And in the credits it said Seth Green

Is he the voice of Turkitron?

Turkitron was voiced by Matt Maiellaro

Seth Green was in episode 39 "The Dressing" as himself, on the TV in Dr. Weird's lair. He delivered one line, "Nice."

I was pretty curious myself since that episode came out in 2003 and Seth didn't start working with [as] untill 2004 or 2005.
