Oh, that sounds like a ton of fun! I'd probably be the same way if I was interviewing William Shatner. Sounds like a cool once in a life time thing.

How do the interviews go down? Like do you ask questions as though you're Space Ghosts or are they just normal interviews and then you splice them together with Space Ghost clips to make them fit with the show?

A #3  My favorite was Prometheus & Bob.

A #4  No worse than a nude Barbie, right?

A #5  Intillect is subjective I guess.

Yes.

Space Ghost was always the most fun.  And in 1994, it was the most stressful because I didn't know how to do it, nor how to fake it.

Thank you.  We followed George for a full 8 hour day, so we left about 7:49 on the cutting room floor.  I would love to show you the original version with uncleared music.   I am proud of it.

the finished version actually was also pretty awesome.  They should show that on air sometime, or get it back up on the site or something.

1.  I think it did work out.  Less is more!

2.  Yes, I would have loved something from David Bowie.  I do have great footage of WSP recording their theme in Memphis, during a tour.  And MB performed their song a bunch in concert.  It was a thrill to see that.  Go see Panic!  Go see Melt-Banana!

3.  pass

4.  pass

5.  I do.  Brush from behind and bring a silver spit cup.

I loved writing for CDM.  Yeah, Jerry Garcia vs. Elvis was a nailbiter -- and that's why Jerry won.

And I would love to see that.

Did you have any input into Earth Ghost, the CGIed version of Lowe Country that Adult Swim aired this year for April Fool's Day?

The interviewer sits just to the left of the camera and asks questions as Space Ghost.  The interview is then transcribed and a script is written around the existing conversation.

Yes.  Our first pass of that had a CGI version of George, which we then replaced with a CGI Space Ghost.

I always wanted to ask this, since I am not sure if all Williams Street staff are alike, do you guys crenge or have a dislike for when anime airs on [adult swim] saturdays, and wish comedy was expanded on that night?
Since this is not much of a sig, I will say this, to anyone who wants to hate Toonami's Return or anything related to it without having to troll members of other message boards visiting the ASMB as well as the member here,

Come to Enter-Toonami-Haters-Anonymous, where you can relax and have the freedom to hate the block as much as you like.
