No, I'm not missing the point. Even if you feel the DOJ was overreaching for Bush, they still had some pretext to make it a federal issue, perhaps related to a nationally coordinated voter fraud effort. I don't see this here, and nothing you're showing me suggests anything other than a some local Democrats abusing the system. Again, what do you want Holder to do? Do you want him to manufacture a conspiracy to justify his involvement?

I've never been tied to party lines, not so long ago I was Republican to the core, till their madness came to the surface.

Once again I will say, Hanging Chads anyone?
That was the biggest piece of fraud in American election history.
Throwing out votes because those old card punch machines didn't make a clean punch through a vote card.
Guess what if that was a basis for throwing out the vote, because if we threw out all the votes back then that didn't have a complete punch 50% of the vote would have been thrown out, that's just how those old machines worked.

Fraud is fraud.

So I pointed out to you and liked for you showing that the DOJ under bush who had only 1 report of voter fraud and less than 20 people I think were arrested spent 5 years on the case.

These cases involving the democratic party and what they did before Obama was the front runner.. There is actually a lot more evidence you say it wasn't coordinated and maybe not it just "happened" to "happen" in many states the same type of fraud with the same party.. Just a Co-winky-dink.. That's what your saying?

What do I want him to do? His job follow up on this kind of stuff. Even if it is just to placate the public he should still make some kind of public statement saying the DOJ is even looking into this.

Have you read Eric Holders letter to the courts yet?

You know

When on Monday Obama said the supreme court shoudlnt have the power to over turn his rulings..
Its very interesting. Read it

He says in there that it is his job to uphold the laws they set strangely one of those laws is.. Voter fraud.. Yea that's illegal.

Do I want him to manufacture a conspiracy to justify his involvement?

No

Clearly no

There is no need to manufacture a conspiracy there is already evidence showing that this is happening in other states. You want more links?

There just isn't a need to make up stuff because.. The "stuff" is right there.. You just have to look for it.. Which............... He activity isn't. Well not activity I don't know he is avoiding it but he isn't doing anything about it that's for sure.

We need Voter IDs?
Outlaw the Democratic Party?

so, if this was about 4 republicans who did this you would still want holder to do a investigation? no, of course you wouldn't

How I loathe thee-
Oh, how I loathe thee!
With thy mesmerizing eyes
And thy wicked lips
Which doth hold me captive;
Captivated, devastated
By thy sweet, deceit-filled promises
And by thy eyes
Thy treacherous, lecherous eyes
Which doth pierce my heart
To depths previously unknown
And sear my soul
With passion burning bright
Burning, yearning, undeserving
What thou doth do to me
Thy lightest touch doth linger
Ever after on my skin;
Though I rub, scrape and scrub
Never am I clean again
Nor ever am I free again
Of thy gaze, thy touch, thy kiss
Imprinted on my memory
Forever and eternity
And so I tell thee
For whom I am but a plaything
Worth nothing more
An amusement for thee
To love, then leave
With nary a second thought
And never a backward glance
How I loathe thee-
Oh, how I loathe thee!
The only one I ever loved...

I think you are completely missing the context to that link and what was actually said/going on.

obama said they shouldn't overturn it because if they do it willgo against interstate commerce. the rulings of wickard v filburn in 1942 set up the way interstate commerce handles stuff like obamare.

you see, it's fully constitutional because stuff like this allreaddy exists on the books. breaking wickard v filburn for obamacare is just the supreme court politicizing something.

So you would be cool if he paid you some lip service? Good to know.

By all means, feel free to provide links that even suggest that there is a NATIONALLY coordinated effort to commit fraud. I'm not so stupid as to think that voter fraud of the kind you mentioned doesn't happen in every state. Heck, I don't doubt that voting fraud happens in some form (though not in a way that would be measurably impacted by IDs). But that's not the point; this isn't a matter of voter fraud going unpunished, just of whether the federal government needs to be involved.
