Why? There's nothing wrong with Hentai. 99.9% of the time, it DOESN'T hurt anybody. It's when somebody takes things too far that people get into a outrage. As I said, most of the time its harmless. The underage stuff is almost unavoidable in Hentai. If it were made illegal, a lot of the more mainstream stuff would be made obsolete simply because they threw in a staple underage girl to appeal to the broader audience. Like I said, watching Hentai doesn't make you any more likely to become a sexual predator. These are rare, isolated cases and certainly don't speak for the whole audience of casual Hentai fans.
