My dreams are starting to do things to the interior of my skull, the Ric Flair, the John Larroquette, the goddamned Tenchi Muyo, seeing anime trailers on the Lost Skeleton of Cadavra DVD because I was too lazy to go straight to menu, it's all like a whirling dirvish of abstract terror, reading my tea leaves, bleeding out its wrists, showing me the taroc, the hanging man, as if I am going to attempt to not be completely incredulous to the moment because I am a rational man.

Man, I am spaced out.

Why can't I even though know anything else do about it?

Have you ever lived a life time within a life, within a dream? A childhood, adolescence, adulthood with marriage, and eventually growing Into middle age. Only to wake up believing you are dreaming of a world too simple and two dimensional to be reality?

But later ad the day progressed with a painfully slow crawl, the suspicion of the fascade becomes less certain, and slowly you begin to realize, or accept that this variant is the reality you're living?

Hmmm, dreams usually feel like dreams to me even when they are not.  No breath, no air, no real point of reference in regards to vision.  I think that's why dreams hurt so much.  If I could, I would never dream again, I would never let it fuuuuuudge with my mind.  I don't need the intangible, because I can't digest it very well.

Why can't I even though know anything else do about it?

Yes. There's always a sense of disconnection from the events playing out before you. Like toured still just watching from behind your self.

Sometimes reality can be that way. So I guess that's what made it easier to move between the different leylines of consciousness.

After I awoke that day, I was confused and kept trying to wake myself up so I could prepare for my kids third birthday party. I remember going to to sleep thinking about how I was going to pick up a raspberry cheese cake, and party hats on my way home from work. My wife was going to pick up the other kids from school before picking up her parents to join the party. I was looking so forward to it that I couldn't wait to wake up and get started on the party.

But i never woke up again.

I dislike dreams. They always make me feel bad and I can't avoid them.

all dreams are about the future, is my belief

for instance.. ive probably had over 100 dreams about this guy i really liked. but we were never together in any of them. if dreams are only what we truly want, how come i couldnt dream i was with him? even if i tried to think of just that before going to sleep, in the following dreams, i could see him with someone else

and reality has pretty much followed that same route SO

if u are dreaming u are with your fantasy girl - a dream myself have never have- its possible it will come to pass. u are very lucky. u should be happy to have such great dreams.. all of mine are nightmares

I had a nightmare where I had to get married but never found out why or who it was and I could never get warm.

And someone hid my frickin' swords. :smileymad:

I dreamt....of a snail crawling....on the edge of a razor blade and surviving.

It's my greatest dream, my worst nightmare.

You're going to be a teacher! :smileysurprised: In charge of shaping the minds of the future...

High school dreams are usually anxiety related although it can also depend on how you felt about high school personally. If high school was super awesome fun-time for you, than those dreams could be about a more happier time in your life. I hated high school but it was better than home and I knew it was a means to an end [leaving the area] so my high school type dreams usually are of me not being able to get to school on time for whatever reason.

I had a weird dream a few nights ago. The dream involved John Lennon, Yoko Ono, and me strangulated to death while covered in a certain kind of bodily fluid (:smileywink:)... :smileyindifferent:

I have college regrets too.

I stayed in the dorm working on a paper instead of going to some homecoming bonfire thing. According to my roommate at the time who went, there was a belching contest and she said I would have won hands down with only a cup of water for fuel and no microphone. :smileysad: Dangit. Could have showed all those wannabes what real passion from the gut is instead of writing about the retarded joys of the basal ganglia and how the scientists who 'discovered' it misnamed the stupid thing.

I got an A though.
