This asshole introduced a bill in Georgia. It is another "Pro-life" fuck. Here's the article. Here's the load of crap: it would allow Georgia to use the death fucking penalty on a mother that has a fucking miscarriage.

Can you fucking believe it?! The bill would require women who miscarry to prove that they didn't cause it! How can you fucking prove that? Hell, the law fails basic matters, like the fact that the burden of motherfucking proof is on the state, to prove guilt. He isn't just an asshole, he's a dumb bastard too.

And it would also flat out make abortion illegal. I guess because this fuckwad doesn't know about Roe v Wade. What an asshole. This bill would cause women to be investigated if they miscarry, "So, you just miscarried... well you are going to have to come with me, we have a few questions about your 'tragedy.'"

Nevermind that nearly a quarter of all pregnancies end in miscarriage, and we aren't completely sure why they happen in many cases.

When you read his actual bill, he does acknowledge Roe v. Wade, but uses this ridiculous logic to say Roe v. Wade isn't legitimate legal precedent. The logic goes something like this: the federal government is limited in the matters it has jurisdiction over. Punishing murder is not within the federal government's jurisdiction. "Prenatal murder" is murder. Therefore, the U.S. Supreme Court had no right to make a ruling in Roe v. Wade.
