But apparently he thinks straight men have gay emotions. oO
"I think that could be a very compromising situation where - where people naturally, you know, may do things ... because of other types of emotions that are involved....probably, you know, it already happens, of course," due to the "camaraderie of men in combat."
But he said that if women were also serving on the front lines, "it would be even more unique."
I don't know how something could be "more unique," or even what the hell he means by that. In fact, I'm not exactly sure what he's suggesting at all. He's sidestepped like a crab and euphemized all over himself to the point that he seems to be speaking in tongues.
This is going to sound bizarre, but I have a gut feeling that St. Torum doesn't really want to be President. The very idea of actually sitting in the Oval Office terrifies him. I mean, in every video clip and interview I see him in he has this glint of raw fear in his eyes, that someone is going to ask him a question he hasn't prepared for, or will throw a tomato at him, even when he's speaking to his people.
He's the male Sarah Palin. He loves hearing his own voice fantasizing about telling everyone what they should do and how they should live, but he doesn't really want the job, which would require him to deal with other things he doesn't want to bother with.
