Well, yeah. My supervisor only gets about two grand a year more than I do. On paper, he's only supposed to work forty hours a week but since he's salaried instead of wage, he always begins his shift at three and leaves at one. And, he has to come in for meetings every time the VP calls one, even on his days off. Those meetings could last five hours and it's really nothing but corporate jibberish about "paradigms" or "dynamic synergy". No substance at all. So, when you calculate my supervisor's total hours worked each year against my wages, I get more than he does. That's why I turned down the supervisor job all three times it was offered to me.
