We shouldn't even have the right to vote. The only jobs we should do are jobs that allow us to be close to our homes and ideally close to the homes of our employers. Our employers should really just take care of all of our needs however they see fit and we just work for them for however much they want to pay us, for life unless we get... traded to a new employer.

And you're just wrong. He could be arrested, held for a period, released if there are no charges brought, and then arrested again if it turns out that the DA's office will file charges.

I'm not missing the point at all. I have already criticized the police on their "investigation" or lack thereof. I'm just tired of everyone saying "what if a black guy shot a white kid" in a supposed reversal of races.

Please elaborate then when you say "if a black man shot a white kid." Do you mean some other scenario that you dreamed up but interjected into a conversation where a hispanic man shot a black kid?
