i have a ton of eggs, but no butter. i used it all baking cookies, my daughter's birthday cake and muffins.

Holiday themed confetti pancakes for dinner! I usually put ricotta in it but I didn't have any, so I went with cream cheese. Best decision I've made in the past few weeks. Highly suggest doing that.

I didn't take photos of my dinner tonight. It was just cremini mushrooms + carrots + shallots + serrano peppers, sauteed with some soy sauce and honey and marjoram and rice vinegar, then spooned over some grilled french bread. Plus a side of sauteed brussels sprouts, because I found some great looking fresh sprouts yesterday. I didn't bake the bread. It came from Panera, and it's tasty.

There's a whole lotta good food in this thread.

its seems like its easier to bake sourdough because it takes a couple days to make as it is.

Sounds delicious! My camera broke so I can take photos myself at the moment. I do however cook on webcam every now and again in TC.

oh yea, i know it takes a few days. i just can't seem to get anything to rise in my kitchen if it's below 70 degrees outside since there's no heat in my kitchen. i love my kitchen i just wish there was heat in there. XD

very nice! i am going to bake some blueberry muffins later today and maybe some butterscotch ones as well for breakfast tomorrow and then sunday i'm making some french toast. i might try and make some homemade cinnamon bread. maybe.

nice. that brioche looks so good. i made steelhead trout, baked sweet potatoes and asparagus with garlic. i made the dill sauce for the fish as well with homemade mayonnaise. i have to cook the fish a little more "well done" than i like it so that my kids will eat it, but it was still pretty tasty.

here's my stuffed pork chops. they're stuffed with bread crumbs, spinach, garlic and feta cheese. i made my au gratin potatoes [i love my mandoline!] and i forgot i was outta green beans so i made peas.

Experimented in the kitchen. I didn't have enough icing to make it as pretty as I would have liked, but here it is: "pina colada" cake. Coconut cake with pineapple icing.

mmmmmm cake. i'm making chocolate covered strawberries for the kids. i also made white chocolate. i'm baking blue some chocolate chip cookies [they're his favorite] and for dinner i'm making steaks, roasted rosemary potatoes and asparagus.

dinner! i've become a big fan of buying larger pieces of meat and cutting my own steaks, chops; etc. from them. much cheaper and i can make them as big and thick as i want.
