It's a tongue in cheek disclaimer for new people coming into the thread that may not be familiar with the fan art thread and photo album thread.
There is a rule against posting contact information, but these twp threads are an exception because admin was specifically asked about it and the email addresses are not personal email addresses.
The email address is pretty much obsolete now anyway thanks to photobucket, but I kept it in the thread in case some people just want their art subtley placed in the album without posting in the thread for everyone to see. Some people are shy.
