Move, buy a house... anywhere else.
Maybe western Maryland, although I have no real knowledge of western Maryland.
But somewhere that isn't a seaside tourist trap.
You always hear about Maryland and crabcakes, but nothing about the landlocked parts.
Probably my real interest in it besides the fact that it's still close enough to my family to visit easily while being too far for them to visit often.
The house would need to have a large property and not be in any main neighborhood, but still close enough to a larger city so that there's stuff nearby to do.
Nothing worse than living in a small town like I do now who's big business is the supermarket and convenience stores. -_-
Anyway, I need to live CLOSE to a city to have easy access to all it's amenities, but live far enough away that it's quiet and I have limited neighbors (who, in all likelyhood, are probably wealthy enough to have similar houses).
Of course, before that, I'd spread some wealth to the rest of my family so they can not be in debt or just take it easier.
Here's some money to make you all comfortable, now leave me alone, I'll be back for major holidays.
Let's see what happens when we take away the puppy.
