1. If you're gonna air the toon, you should air the film.

2. It's really really funny. Sure there's nudity, but no worse than The Room.

3. It would do way better than a Bleach movie.

And they can use black boxes for the nudity. And play the soundtrack of The Room over the nude scenes. And play the video of the room over the non-nude scenes. And then play the sound of The Room over that video.

I actually have no idea what the Black Dynamite movie is about though. Could be good to see the movie before jumping into the show.

at first I thought that the movie was goning to b lame...but then I saw the cartoon and said this movie is f***ing AWSOME......gotta see the movie again and again and .......well u no the rest!  JIVE ASS TURKEY.....

I just watched the film, and while it is hilarious, there's more than just nudity that they'd have to censor or edit.

I have no problem with them not showing the movie. If you want to see it, it's out there, it's on netflix. Most people who'd be interested in the show have already seen it anyway.

Usually a series has to throw out/retcon part of the movie that spawned it, so it's often a little more seamless if you don't air the movie right before launching the series.

Kickass movie though. Not everyone is into parody of blacksploitation, but hey, it's funny.
