Do you guys think Aizen thought of the designs for those or did the Arrancar. I find it hard that some of the Arrancar chose to dress like that. Maybe Gin thought of the clothes it seems like something he would have fun with.

Aizen probably provided the basic design and each Arrancar made their own modifications. It's no different than the Soul Reapers who wear their uniforms differently.

AIZEN ACTUALLY WENT INTO URYU'S ROOM AND STOLE SOME DESIGN PLANS THAT
