So it finally wraps up huh, took forever but still. I figured Bleach would end....just not any time soon.

That'd be crazy if they were right though. Wonder what Kubo would be planning if he's finishing this.

Id Freaking Roflwaffle if he made a sequel manga for Bleach.

Kubo - Bleach is ending.....But there will be a spinoff manga that centers around the past before Isshin lost his powers!!!!

Well you know how bleach arcs work. They can either go on for years or end in a few months.

whatever happened to keeping bleach alive for 10 more years?

why end it now? i would have just ended after aizen got his ass kicked. without the fillers in the anime, that would have brought the series down to 205 epiosodes. although i would have included the Muramasa (No toju included) arc as inserted filler like the bounts did.

What I found odd about this happening is that Kubo said that after the Arrancar arc that it would be the half way point for the series with at least 10 more years of story.  I think that this new arc is going to be much like the arrancar arc in length. Not that it will take 10 years, but that it will take at least a year or more to finish. He has also said a few events that I am sure would never be able to happen in a short chapter that would end the series.

Just because it's the last one doesn't mean it won't be very long and I really hope this means it anwsers every if not most of the unanwser questions. Not going to spoil as of what

I want him  to wrap it up in a good way. Even if it takes a few years on this new arc or so. I just don't want some random end or some spin off.

That's what I heard too. IIRC elfie said that as of this current arc Bleach was only halfway done.

These past interviews have shown there is quite a lot of content to cover, so he could make the whole ten year claim. That's assuming this is actually the final arc, who knows how he will feel about it in five+ years time.

Didn't Kubo say he was only in the MIDDLE of the story?

Not everyone reads the Manga thread a lot of the anime fans stick to the Japanese/sub discussion folder, not to mention the dub fans. I don't know what is really shameless about that.

DBZ is a good example for this. I don't get why he wants to end early. I assume it's over money and this is a good way to get more. However kubo has said that he isn't good with writing story and just adds new characters when he can't think of anything. Maybe he sees that he keeps repeating himself and would rather stop now than have ten more years of loop plots.  I mean we know how out of hand DBZ got when they kept just making the characters stronger and stronger till nothing really made sense.

Yes he said that the end of the Arrancar arc was the Middle.
