What if he inserted himself in the some of the roles that Yachiru filled? I don't really see Kenpachi picking fights with her.

I dont think Kenpachi cares who he fights. But a male would be more of a challenge than a woman i guess

So then Mayuri is the only one who would fight him regardless of where he's inserted.

Double teaming Orihime's unconscious body. Or just being out of the way while Urahara works up some fantastical invention/plan.

I think the first part of that is their fantastical plan :smileyvery-happy:

Best hope Tsukishima could have is making Mayuri think he's already dissected him.

You have to wonder how the "main" 12th squad crew manages to assist in his work without becoming subjects themselves. The guy with the horns has been working with him for a century now. Doesn't seem like it would be a very secure job position.

Maybe he does quick, non-fatal experiments on them. You know, moving fingers around, shortening tendons, things like that.

When you wake up and think you had a cramp in your sleep, it was really because Mayuri was experimenting on you.

I hope that the spoiler I saw is wrong

Spoiler
It says something about Rukia getting stabbed in the chest

Chapter is out.

Really wouldn't of been a proper Rukia confrontation without her getting stabbed at some point. At least she didn't get completely impaled this time.

Only brightside to this chapter was that Kubo managed to knock out all these terrible backstories in a single chapter. None of their histories actually justify their actions thus far. It's even worse than Byakuya's excuse for how he treated Rukia.

Speaking of Byakuya, it seems we are finally going back to him next time. I am curious what Riruka's glowing R did, but the Tsukishima fight is far more interesting.

I'm confused on what she and Ginjou were saying. The ones that are outnumbered lose? Isn't Xcution outnumber?

Now you are entertaining.

Byakuya excuse is just as bad as theirs. Granted the worst one is that Giriko. The guy murdered his wife and is the only one that is just an ass.

Of courese no one's excuse will ever be as bad as Aizen's excuse of being ronery.

Spoiler
Plus having your entire family murdered or being locked away in a big room for years just because you wouldn't mama and papa is bound to make anyone a little nutty.

Well at least we got all of their back stories in one good. That was easier.

Still want them all to die for the crap they have pulled.

Giriko, trying it out on his wife was a low as hell.

Please. Kubo might spare them just like he let Mayuri and Aizen live considering the horrible, awful **beast** those two have done I'm more than willing to ignore a couple of forgettable characters getting spared.
