Fillers coinciding with the big summer movie releases probably will not help matters. After the filler is over I'm guessing that Bleach will go back to the top 2 on Saturday. This is just inadvertently horribly timed filler that broke our consecutive #1 streak, any other events that contribute to a downturn in viewership are more or less just ancillary.

Yea, but it is that we have to wait until August before improvement comes around, next weekend is the last weekend of bad ratings most likely, and we see change to the lineup, then they have no moral about the box office.

Just to bring this back up, a Bleach Sandwich, the Boondocks being #2 and Bleach taking the 1 and 3 spots, you got your self a sandwich right there for ratings, and slowly and surely recovering by the end of this month.

Unfortunately I tuned in and saw the last second of the ratings and I saw Bleach in 1st and 3rd, but I did not get to see the actual numbers, and nobody has posted them in the ratings thread yet. I was not really expecting Bleach taking 2 out of 3 until maybe this coming Saturday, these were the numbers for the Kendo and

episodes

. I've been reading around here that the last two fillers are actually decent (the first was not bad), so this coming Saturday may get some respectable numbers and start the turn around.

Well if I remember right the third place Bleach was in around 330,000, and the #1 was 365,000 if I am right on the money for it, but that is just my guess in terms of also catching the last minute of the ratings too.

That would send it to the 500,000s once again, just like the middle part of this current arc, that made Adult Swim real happy as to the ratings being that high for anime, and make that with 2 premiers to boot.

yea... im surprised that the ratiings held so well when even i couldnt waitch this disaster... made the bount arc look awesome...but im glad that they held nonetheless

Really! wow your right even i didnt watch the filler eps especally the one with kon i mean that was just gos awfull of course the last two were pretty sweet

Yeah, these fillers were WAY better then the bount arc. I'd take 5 weeks of fillers over a year of bount anyday.

Scheduling on [as] is always a nightmare. They change it for a very short period of time without any notice and then are surprised when they don't see positive results. In the case of Bleach they don't take into account the fact that people are not sticking around for the filler. I expect the numbers to go up, whether they change the schedule or not.

I expect them to go up as well. But this isn't the first time that they moved a series earlier because it was starting to do good, then immediately moved it back the first week it didn't make the top 3.

They did the exact same thing with Code Geass. That only lasted two weeks, instead of Bleach's four.
