Fairly minor spoilers. Nothing about plot details or characters or anything like that. Just my thoughts on the series' excitingness factor.

This filler still has ways to go with a whole new arc... It's not bad though. It's not really Bleach, but it's not bad. After that things start to pick up again, and then slow down again... real bad... and then pick up again... and then slow down again... and then pick up again... and then it gets canceled.

Ya this show's a roller coaster, you have to go threw 100 bs episodes to get to the 5-6 good episodes, not really worth the pay off, if you know what I mean

I dont understand anyone in this thread. Yes I understand the words, and the meaning behind the words..

I am guessing that DUBV is getting bored watching a slow part of a side story arc... thats natural.

But..... bleach is more than a fast story with pretty faces right? I always enjoy the characters, the settings, and trying to see exactly what will happen next... Right now it seems muramasa's use of hollow bodies combined with the loss of his soul reaper master has caused him to be unable to control the hollows he has used since this point.

Pretty fascinating things to think about actually. Muramasa out of  shear will for quite a while has not only been killing hollows, but actually consuming them, and possessing their bodies..When his ultra powerful soul reaper captain abandon him and lose/die? he is unable to keep the hollows that he has used so far under control..

This is very much like ichigo struggling to control his inner hollow. Remember also when ichigo fought with his hollow the first time, that the hollow returned into zangetsu. Also note, that when hollow ichigo was taking over... in the crazy sideways inner soul, zangetsu was gone, and only hollow ichigo was there.

Ichigo asks....... WHAT HAVE U DONE WITH ZANGETSU!!!!!!!!!!!! Hollow ichigo said !!!!!!!! I AM ZANGETSU!!!

Perhaps zanpakuto purpose is to subjugate and purify hollows. Perhaps zanpakuto can also exist within the same body as hollows..

Indeed, the Zanpaktou arcs have 0 relevance to the story anyway, so I don't think there'd be a problem if you just skipped the short upcoming filler arc (imo it's the most boring Bleach has ever been, right up with The Cake Episode), and start back when the filler's over (it just picks up right where it left off before the filler anyway). It's mostly smooth sailing after that.

Also, if you're only concerned about the Aizen story

I would really say just give it a break. if this doesn't interest you too much there are a couple of more ep of this then another mini (4 ep) filler.

?? I am sad at all of the morons who only care what happens to aizen, and completely ignore well thought out and interesting episodes like the cake episode with yumichika  and Rin from department of research and evelopment.

Make up a story about aizen....................... then will you be happy? Apparently you just want to skip the entire bleach anime and get the cliffnotes~!!! go to wikipedia and find out how everything plays out................

What I did when it was airing in Japan is just not watch the fillers, its as simple as tha-

If it was a complete arc then it'd just make me more excited for the return of the real content to get animated and it'd make me love Bleach all over again, just like what happened before the anime ended.

The current filler has another 10 episodes or so left before it returns back to canon. Once this filler ends, the conclusion of the Aizen arc is  next. Basically, you'll see a year or so worth of canon Bleach after this filler ends in the dub (assuming they keep it going).
