That would be just terrible for Orihime to work at. She'd be spending most of her time on her knees under the table looking for the pen that the customer "swore he dropped somewhere"

Rangiku would probably get drunk in the back and forget about the customer's food, while Orihime would try to add her own twists to her customer's orders (like covering wings with chocolate syrup & baked beans)
