I can't tell.  The bottom part looks like a suit, but the top part looks iike it's actual fur.

funny how haineko goes where Ichigo fails, trying to get girls to take their clothes off.  I'm not sure about the fur myself.  I don't remember her taking it off in the omake but I could be mistaken.
