the only thing that could possibly be slutty about Orihime is the size of her breasts. even so,  just because you have huge breasts, doesn't make you a slut. it's not Orihime's fault Kubo drew her with huge breasts

besides, Kubo for the most part stays pretty loyal to her character. she never wears revealing clothes (unless you count filler episodes) unlike some of his other characters like Harribel, who definitely has her underboobs showing in the manga, and Rangiku, who always has her cleavage hanging out. as far as busty characters go in Bleach, Orihime is pretty much the opposite of every other character, being seductive or flirty. Kubo focuses more on her adorable sillyness and playfulness to charm her fans.
