Of course, it should also be whenever Saya "wakes up" again.  Maybe it will be set in the near future or something (2015, perhaps??)

As for [as] getting this, I think it's much more likely that it will go to Syfy.  I guess we'll see...

Hmm...good question. I guess it depends on the timeline. If it's in the not too distant future, then there is a good chance. If it's a prequel, then I would doubt it, but the possibility of a younger David and Louis is a possibility. But, if Clamp decides to take the "let's make a whole new universe with the same ideas" route, then I sincerely doubt it.

Well, with the red eyes, some sort of relation to Saya is obvious. If they were blue, then she would have been related to Diva.

Judging only by the fact that the two promotional photos that have been released appear to be of the same character I'm wondering if it will be a continuation... I think it more likely that CLAMP will try to make the story their own. I'm hoping for more of the feeling I got from X than XXXholic

i'll watch it either way, but i'd much rather it be a continuation. wasn't blood† quite a bit more popular in japan than it was here in the states? i hope just seeing the one character means that she's the protagonist and not that it's a new take on the old one...

I would say the simple fact that CLAMP is agreeing to take on the franchise means that it is extremely popular.

Character pics are up!!  Saya is obvious and the Samurai dude is likely Hagi (if  we're in the same universe).  The one below Saya looks like Diva.  Twin girls--Riku's daughters?   The two teens could be Kai and Riku (hey, if that's Diva then Riku could be alive too--alternate reality, same characters...)  If anyone could translate the names, that would be great!
