Well maybe it could be Blood+/Blood-C? Then everyone can be happy.

You should be ok getting it. Just make it, submit it to your gallery, and let the mods decide. That's how I got my toonami icons.

Just adding on: Yeah you can still upload Blood+ icons. That's what I did with my Diva icon (which I had to re-upload because of *sigh* site issues).
