i've done some research and its accurate (except where I let you know it's not certain) :
1. Joel Goldschmidt (the very first/original) is born in 1811.
2. Joel and his assistant, Amshel Goldsmith, establish the "zoo" in 1832 in Bordeux? (not sure if spelled right), ?France? (i don't know where Bordeux is, but i'm guessing France). Joel is 21 years old. (I presume) Amshel is probably around or near the same age.
3. A (...presumably...) dead female humanoid bat like mummy is found in Iceland and brought to the "zoo" in 1833, is named Saya.
4. The mummy mother's two baby "girls", Saya (yes, she and her mother were given the same name) and Diva (originally Diva is never given a name, she only gets her name Diva from her sister Saya much later), are "born-awakened-came out of cacoon egg" in 1833 (from Amshel's dripping blood onto the cacoons from the cut to his finger due to the scalpel slipping against the too hard cacoon material as he try to cut open the cacoon and knicking-cutting his finger as he and Joel dissect the mummy, discover the two cacoons in her stomach, and try to cut them open).
5. Saya and Diva both grow to the age of (~ what looks like) a 16 year old girl and than stop to age further, despite being much older than 16.
6. Hagi as a boy (maybe ~ age 6-10) is bought as a slave and brought to the "zoo" to be Saya's servant (actually in hope of him being her mate later when he grows older) in 1863 or shortly (1 or 2 years at most) after. This makes Hagi ~ age 24-30 when he dies and is resurrected as Saya's chevalier in 1883.
7. Saya releases Diva on Joel's 72nd B-Day (1883). Hagi falls down the cliff to his death (in trying to get a flower for Saya so that she can give it to Joel as her present). Saya gives dead Hagi her blood and he will be resurrected as her chevalier (but she doesn't know it just yet, since he goes into a coma after he spasms back alive). Saya runs back to Joel in hopes that he can help her save Hagi, but finds the place in flames and everyone is dead. Diva has killed everyone and is finishing up dead Joel of the last of his blood.
Chronological order of chevaliers:
1. (Due to the fact that he only looks middle aged, maybe ~around 40-50) Amshel Goldsmith (Diva's chevalier) must have been bitten by Diva (Amshel cared for Diva, where Joel was cruel, so he probably wasn't killed by Diva along with the other humans in 1883 and than resurrected as her chevalier afterward, like Hagi killed from falling down the cliff and resurrected as Saya's chevalier) sometime around ~1861 (this is 50 years for Joel, so give or take a few years if Amshel and Joel are a few years apart in age) in the "zoo" in Bordeux, ?France?
2. Hagi (Saya's chevalier) in 1883 in the "zoo" in Bordeux, ?France?
3. Gregory (Diva's chevalier) in Russia around the revolution (1917-1919). He (as a girl named Alice or Alicia, I think) is killed also at this time by Saya as he protects/blocks Saya from going after Amshel and Diva on the carriage (Saya and Diva go back to sleep very shortly after).
4. Solomon Goldsmith (his real last name is uncertain, if Goldsmith isn't his last name, that is) (Diva's chevalier, but Diva "divorces" him due his love towards Saya. Solomon joins Saya's side before he is killed only a bit later) is a medical doctor during WWI (1914-1918), though exactly where (what country) is unknown (Amshel brings Solomon down into the basement of a castle and uses his own blood to awaken Diva so she can than, and does, bite Solomon, turning him into her chevalier. Unfortunately, nearly every country in Europe has castles).
5. Carl the Phantom (Diva's chevalier) is a mongoloid/asian, whom Gregory had theorized is most compatible with the Queens, is brought to Diva to be her mate (like Hagi was for to be Saya's mate) in Vietman in 1972 near the end of the war (entire war among the countries Cambodia, Laos, and vietnam occured from 1959-1975). Diva bites him and turns him into her Chevalier. He encounters a berserk Saya (due to her being forced awake with Hagi's blood under David Senior.'s order, whom was responsible and in charge of Saya, deciding to awake her in hopes of killing Diva) while in charge of a sleeping Diva (inside her crate) and falls into a perverted love with Saya's power and destruction, while remaining in love and faithful to Diva. This is when Carl losses his arm (from Saya) for his first time and Hagi losses his arm (from Saya as well, she was after all berserk and attacked Hagi as well as everyone else) for the first time too.

The UNknowns:
"6". James Ironside (Diva's chevalier) is a black american military officer. Unfortunately, when he was turned into a chevalier is completely unknown. In the animated series, he shows up after Carl (1972). But, again unfortunately, this still does not mean that he isn't an older chevalier than all of them (except Amshel and Hagi, of course). Though, all of their past dealings have been in first Europe to Russia to Vietnam to America, so this suggests that possible James is a younger/newer chevalier than Carl is.
"7". Nathan is a theatre/stage play person. I have no idea what ethnicity or country he is from (though he is located in Europe). Nor do I have any idea when he became a chevalier as well. In the animated series, Nathan has the least information about him. In the animated series, he shows up after Carl (1972). But, again unfortunately, this still does not mean that he isn't an older chevalier than all of them (except Amshel and Hagi, of course).

8. Riku Otonashi (adopted last name. his real last name is unknown) is Saya's foster little brother and later becomes (Saya's chevalier). He is (*presumably*) mongoloid/asian like Carl is. His parents were killed and George Otonashi took him in (along with Kai, also an orphan, and of course Saya, an orphan as well, lol). They lived happily in Okinawa City (Koza), Okinawa Island, near the U.S. Kadena Air Base, in 2005. Riku obviously has to be mature (able to sex age. since he will be forced to impregnate Diva due to being/getting raped by her) so that means he has to be at least ~ age 10-13 (when males hit puberty and start making spermatozoa cells).
