Your best hope at this time is to practice and hone your musical skills. Once upon a time in the way-back, they had a Viewer Music Submission Project in which musical artists could submit their samples for WS ears [after filling out the required release forms, nat] . There's a super slim possibility of that being revived some day if anyone there has the time to take on that project again [because it seriously brought in mountains of stuff to sift through and they probably -still- haven't listened to everything]. So the only thing that can really be offered at this time is a recommendation to practice and keep an eye / ear out for any sort of revival of the project.

Okay, first, this is the wrong thread.  This was for a long past contest.

Now, you have to find a place to host your photo.  Because you can not post an image directly on the boards here.  So use Photobucket, Tinypic, etc and put the photo there.

Next, come here on the Bump board.  Find the current month's thread, now it's October, and post a "Dear [Adult Swim]" with a link to the photo.

You are done.

Can you include your username in your bump? I just made one and included my username but just now wondered if it was against the rules. I could have sworn I saw bumps with usernames aired before though.
