It was supposed to come out in February, but then...it didn't. Now we play the waiting game.

Well, there are only six episodes, but the news before was that they were gonna just release those with extras. The price reflected as such.

Seriously. What could be holding it back? It was advertised to come out over three months ago. According to the DVD's back cover, which is a hilarious must-see, it's only 66 mintuesworth of footage. That means it's only the six episodes. Could they be tinkering around with it, adding extras? Maybe, maybe. I'm sure they have something laying around, outtakes from filming and such. Just put it together and release it.

Maybe T&E and the crew are that honed in on the Billion Dollar Movie.

You know, that's a reaallly incredible synopsis. I would say the man happens to be pure evil.

Well, either they feel there's too little demand, and they are not going spend the cash for such little return

there is SO MUCH demand that they are waiting to produce a season two and sell a complete set for a higher retail value.

I'd like to think that they are both making another season AND putting more extras on this DVD. Why put out two seasons in one when you can charge more for two seasons separately?

Today I asked (through twitter) Tim Heidecker about the dvd. Here is his reply, my message quoted and his very simple answer.

“@Zintar3000: Hi Tim. What happened to the Steve Brule DVD? Still coming out? Maybe both seasons at once at this point?" yep
