You have to settle down. I don't know exactly the issues you're referring to, but the post you seem to be freaking out about at the moment seems a fairly innocuous post to me in its own context.
It is my hope that everybody can get along and stuff, but your ability to throw gigantic emotional tantrums over fairly small issues shouldn't necessarily be the mitigating factor in my decision to take action in any given situation.
I would like you to reread the post you're freaking out about, and then reread your response.
Maybe you can see where I'm coming from here?
If you have ban issues, the best course of action is to listen to the communication you're being given about your own behavior, and if there are contextual issues that you think your banning moderator may not be aware of, maybe bring those up in a civil manner.
But your ban is never about that other guy, what that other guy did, or those six people over there doing xyz. it's about you.
If you're having issues with other users, feel free to report those. But not every post you report every time will be something you actually know what happens with. We might ban somebody, temp ban them, or communicate with them in some way, that you'll never be privy to (nor probably should you be necessarily). A lot of times people try to bitch us out for not taking action in a situation we've already taken action in.
Still other times, people tend to perhaps have an emotional investment in something being/sounding/seeming worse than it actually is. So when a mod looks at it, they're just not coming at it from the same emotional height. So the reaction to whatever post or statement may well be different than yours.
But in general, things tend to work out for people who can hold it together, listen and communicate effectively when dealing with moderators. Mods should be open to additional context, especially if its something you can point to on the board itself or something like that.
If you feel you're being treated unfairly by a particular ban in a particular situation, or a particular mod, you can actually contact the board admin and they'll have a look at the situation. The board admin is Humbug.
But this right here what you're doing in this post, actually IS the sort of thing that gets you banned. And keep in mind, a large segment of people who flame, or post racist remarks, or troll, or whatever, feel somehow emotionally justified in the moment, as you probably do here.
But best advice is to take a step back if you're super mad at somebody before posting. Some of your sentiments are pretty extreme in this post. If it's humor, the context isn't necessairly clear, especially after receiving a gigantic rant via Abuse Reports. If somebody is obviously emotional/ranting, that's definitely something that will effect other people's perception of them, probably not for the good. Be it in gauging their personal judgement, or how fun it would be to hang out with them on a message board, etc.
You can't control everybody else, you can only really control your own responses.
