Tonight, each of the Childrens Hospital characters gets their own spinoff show.

And, supposedly, Newsreaders is the latest Childrens Hospital spinoff. We'll see if tonight's episode--and the previous Newsreaders episode ("End of the Middle")--leaves any clues as to what a series might look like.

A superb third season concludes tonight, with a fourth on the way. After tonight, we can all rewatch the episodes to catch all the goodies we missed.

And so it ends. The third season of Childrens Hospital, this season went way too quick (at least there's still NTSF, and CH Season 4 next June). We end with Newsreaders documentation of Childrens Hospital's sudden newfound success after getting cancelled last Newsreaders episode, and how everyone's getitng their own spin-off (well except for Cutter Spindell, in a fun callback to Blake Downs, M.D.)

And apparently Newsreaders has been picked up as an actual series for Adult Swim (I think there's a possiblity it might just be a miniseries akin to "Check it Out!", but we'll see). I'll assume it'll include an interview with Kate Walsh every week.

I'm gonna have to watch the episode again. I think I was super distracted when it was on. I remember it being funny, though.

And it'd be cool if Newsreaders is only a miniseries. I like that AS is going this route with some of their recent shows (Soul Quest Overdrive, Brule, etc.). Keeps things interesting, at least.
