Also a man wearing dynamite presumably to blow up the hospital. Seems like it was planned for NTSFDUV:: but there's a chance he won't be on this week's episode of NTSF given his only a recurring character though (but I'm guessing he will)

He's in all the promos so I assume he'll be in the first episode where they're introducing all the main characters. But considering the size of the cast and the eleven minute time limit, I won't be surprised if there are a lot of people who aren't in every episode.
