Episode Summary: A pediatric plastic surgeon arrives; babies are mixed up in the maternity ward; Glen and Owen take a walk in the streets of Brazil, where the hospital resides in...in Brazil.

Fantastic episode that just premiered. One of the best episodes in CH's history.

Kinda sad that there isn't as much anticipation for these new episodes. It seems like if it doesn't premiere on Sunday or Saturday, barely anyone (on here) watches it.)

Anyway, It was great episode, but I missed the first few minutes. Gonna catch the repeat on Sunday, hopefully.

I'd say a decent episode, I enjoyed it........all I can remember is whatsherface grabbin corddry's sack and that's really blocking everything else out right now.

Well, discusses it at least. 

Besides, there's not much to discuss with a show like this, this show's all jokes so any review is just a list running off the all the good jokes in the episode, really.

The "shut up" part they showed in the promo makes me laugh every time. What he did with that baby at the end was quite disturbing, I must say. I don't know if I'll ever view a meatball sub the same way again.

I love the walking in Brazil, especially in contrast to Lola's running in the premiere episode.

I loved it, so far it's one of my favorite episodes of the season. I'm also looking forward to the next episode, plus, I'd love to see more of Seth Morris in the show.

Finally got to watch this episode. As always, it was great. My favorite part of the episode was walking through Brazil to get churritos. I was also glad they revisited Blake's date-rape by Valerie.

I also thought the maternity stuff was hilarious, if not a bit disturbing.

What's that guy's name that plays the maternity doctor? Have we seen him in a while?

Dr. Max Von Sydow. And we haven't seen him since he performed the surgery on the Chief that changed her into Eva Longoria. No wait, he also was in "I Am Not Afraid of Any Ghost" calling up Blake asking if his checked the children.
