My opinion on this episode: Best one of the season so far (obviously reflected in the ratings, as the highest rated one of the season so far).

Random thoughts:

Cat's "skin clothes": I approve

I like Dr. Brian, glad to hear his a recurring character (and Jordan Peele was funny as him, but that's impossible - he used to be on MADtv)

The way Valerie was acting around Cat: I double approve.

Clowns are obviously not looked highly upon.

Oh hey, Matthew Perry (and he was funny - but that's impossible, he was on Friends)

Black Hospital needs it's own show. We need to hear more of the personalisation of peoplehoodedness.
